Record a deposit and get paid in full

Log a deposit on an invoice, then collect the remaining balance.

Steps

1. 1Open your invoice.
2. 2Record a deposit: the amount, the date and how it was paid.
3. 3Tap Collect remaining balance to fill in what is still owing, then record it.
4. 4The invoice shows Paid in full, and the payments are counted in your HST.
